Choosing within the Aurelia Wave range

Volumetric is the default for most high-volume sites. Digit adds shot timers and temperature control on a display, T3 adds independent per-group thermal control for multi-roast programmes, and the Semi-Automatic drops volumetrics for full manual control. Three groups over two buys throughput at peak, not better coffee.

High-volume cafes, hotel and restaurant service bars, and any site regularly running two baristas on the machine.

220V, dedicated circuit required. A water softening system is mandatory: scale damage is not covered under warranty. Available in Black, White or Red. EasyCream automatic milk-foaming wand available as a factory option.
