- Two coating options: choose Red Speed (TiAlCN — Titanium Aluminium Carbon Nitride) for a slightly higher friction coefficient favoured for espresso, or Silver Knight (DLC — Diamond-like Carbon) for filter grinding with subtly lower fines production and enhanced clarity in the cup.
