Missing items

Placed my order with this company. Should’ve just used Amazon, they’re trustworthy. However I placed my order on September 3rd. It arrived September 9th missing items. I’ve tried making phone contact with them and email contact , I have not heard anything from them. I have opened up a claim and I really hope they will honour customer satisfaction and make this right. I have my own business and could bring a lot of value to this company by my reordering, hoping they can make this right without issues so I can continue to use them as a supplier. But we shall see.
