A four-bottle case of Torani Lemon Syrup — tangy, tart California lemon. A smaller case for a home bar, or for a café trialling a flavour before committing to a full case.
Bright and genuinely sour rather than sweet-lemon-candy. It brings acidity as well as flavour, which is what a cold drink usually needs.
Suggested Uses
The base for lemonade, and excellent in sparkling water, iced tea and cocktails. Pairs with almost every berry and herb on the menu.
Ingredients
Pure cane sugar, water, citric acid, natural flavors, acacia gum, sodium benzoate (to preserve freshness), potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness), ester gum, caramel color, FD&C Yellow #5.
