Bright and genuinely sour rather than lemon-candy sweet, so it brings acidity as well as flavour.
Suggested Uses
The base for sugar-free lemonade, and good in sparkling water and iced tea.

Water, citric acid, tartaric acid, acacia gum, acesulfame potassium, sodium benzoate (to preserve freshness), potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness), natural flavors, xanthan gum, sucralose, ester gum, caramel color, FD&C Yellow #5.
