How to Use

For Super-Automatic Espresso Machines
Follow your equipment manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.

For Traditional Espresso Machines

1. Insert a blind filter into the portafilter and add 1 Cafiza E31 tablet. Lock into the group head.

2. Run the brew cycle for 10 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds.

3. Repeat this cycle 5 times.

4. Remove the portafilter and rinse it under a stream of water from the group head.

5. Reinsert the portafilter (without tablet) and run the same 10-sec on/off brew cycle 5 more times to flush the group.

6. Pull and discard a single shot of espresso to ensure no cleaner remains.
