Dual Stainless-Steel Boiler System

Rapid Pre-Heating

A powerful pre-heating system and a 58 mm saturated stainless-steel group head — integrated directly into the brew boiler — keep water temperature consistent and get you brewing fast, in around 10 minutes from cold.

Dual-Core Pump System

Two quiet electromagnetic pumps build pressure from 0–9 bar in just 3.5 seconds. The system holds your target pressure even as puck resistance changes, so every adjustment is instant, accurate, and consistent shot to shot.

Intelligent Disc Control

A touch-sensitive Intelligent Disc puts real-time pressure and flow adjustments at your fingertips. Enter flow-priority mode to freestyle mid-brew — slide or tap the dial to build unique, complex flavour profiles without breaking a sweat.

E-Bar Connectivity

The Lita works with the E-bar app, where you can design, save, and share custom brew profiles with the Wendougee community. Fine-tune parameters like pressure curves, pre-infusion ramp, flow rate, and volume while you track and log every recipe, fully synced to the machine. A removable tablet stand is included to keep your device propped at the perfect angle. (Tablet/phone not included.)

Removable 1.2L Water Tank

The 1.2 litre tank has a floating-ball level indicator so you're never caught short mid-shot, and it lifts out easily from underneath the drip tray when it's time to refill.
